To increase the level of commitment to achieve company standards, Synetcom Philippines, Inc. conducted its teambuilding at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa in Nasugbu, Batangas last June 27-28, 2015.

With the theme, “Sexier. Bolder. Together”, the teambuilding which was conducted in conjuction with the company’s annual company outing was designed to renew the commitment of Synetcom management and staff in providing excellent service to its customers.

“We can only provide a better quality of experience if we are bonded together as one. The achievement of higher quality in the delivery of solutions is not an individual effort. It will always be a product of a team effort,” Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer Chona P. Pantastico said.

Synetcom Head of Human Resources Mel Gonzaga facilitated various challenges that tested the mental, social, emotional and physical strengths of the three teams representing the colors of Synetcom.

Sending his message from his business trip in Dubai, Synetcom President and CEO said, “Synetcom is sexier, as we will be transferring in a slinky new office building.
