Opportunity Registration Form (ORF)

     IMPORTANT:
  1. As a requirement to register, this form (ORF) must be accomplished by the Channel Partner / Reseller.
  2. Incomplete ORF will not be processed.
  3. Synetcom may need to secure a meeting with the Client, via the registering Partner, to validate the accuracy of the supplied information.
  4. Should the Opportunity was registered previously by another Partner, a notification will be sent the following business day.
  5. Approved Registration will be sent within 2 working days.
  6. All information required are MANDATORY and will be treated with utmost CONFIDENTIALITY.
  7. Use one (1) ORF for every product (If a customer requires two products, e.g. A10 and Procera, submit an ORF for each).
