A new home for Synetcom

A fitting hallmark of its 16 years of remarkably helping world-class technology companies introduce their solutions in the Philippines and in the APAC region, Synetcom will soon transfer to a brand new 4-story office building that will serve as its permanent corporate headquarters.

“It is a physical testament that Synetcom has the audacity to help grow the business of its channel partners,” President and CEO Dennis C. Luyahan remarked. The new building at F. Ortigas Street in Mandaluyong City is 10-minute away from the Makati Central Business District.

From a small company with one employee, Synetcom Philippines, Inc. has grown to be one of the leading value-added distributors in the Philippines with almost 1000 units of installed base deployed in the leading names in telecommunications and the enterprise.

EVP and CFO Chona Pantastico said that at the new corporate offices, Synetcom will be able to provide better services to its business partners. “Gone will be the days when we have to rent function rooms to conduct sales and technical enablement trainings. In the new building, knowledge transfer to our channels partners will be top priority that will be conducted right in our conference and meeting spaces,” she said. These areas named after the iconic cities in the world will be found conveniently at the ground floor.

HR, Business Development/Sales and Marketing and Channel Development Departments will occupy the second floor.

Synetcom has and will always be acknowledged in the industry with its technical know-how. Thus, the new corporate office building allocated a significant area for its Technical Laboratory/Training Room at the third floor.

The Executive Offices and the Accounting Department will be found at the 4th Floor.

Finally, one of the focal points of this edifice is at the Roof Deck which is designed to be a lounge where principals and channel partners may conduct small intimate gatherings to celebrate business wins or simply spend time to relax and rejuvenate after a hard day’s work. The view
